Exercise to music for older adults and those with disabilities. A 45 minute class followed by refreshments. a chance to retain mobility and strength in an atmosphere of fun and friendship. Most of the session is seated but there is an opportunity for standing exercises to improve balance and coordination, all optional and at one's own pace.
